01. Location
The Blockchain Forum will take place at the Crocus Expo International Exhibition Center, Pavilion 2.
Crocus Expo is one of the largest and most renowned exhibition venues in Russia and Eastern Europe. The venue is associated with a high level of organization and a prestigious status, hosting government-level events, global brand presentations, and leading industry forums.
02. Schedule
Day 1
Attendee registration and the Expo Zone open.
The opening ceremony of the Forum begins.
Program ends. The Expo Zone closes.
Day 2
Attendee registration and the Expo Zone open.
Program starts.
Program ends. The Expo Zone closes.
Legendary Afterparty at the Gipsy Club.
03. Venue access
Please have your e-ticket ready. Check your email for the message with the subject “Blockchain Forum 2026.”
All attendees receive their badge at the Registration Desk before entering the venue. Access to the Forum is granted by scanning the badge and the ticket.
If the ticket is not scanned upon exit, the attendee will not be able to re-enter the venue.
To access the Afterparty, please have your Business or VIP e-ticket ready.
04. Networking app
One month before the forum, all participants will receive access to the official Networking App. Through the app, you will be able to connect with other attendees in advance and schedule meetings before the event. Access details will be sent to the email address used when purchasing your ticket. Email subject: “Access to the Networking App”.
05. Dress code
We recommend business or smart casual attire.
06. Russian e-visa application
Citizens of many countries can quickly apply for an electronic visa to Russia.
Full information about the e-visa, as well as the application form, is available on the official website.
07. Simultaneous translation
Simultaneous interpretation devices are available to all attendees. Please take your passport or driver's license. Translation is provided from Russian to English and from English to Russian.
